FORMAT
The First Three Weeks
- 30minute Skills Practice w/ your team coached by professional coaches and/or guest college coaches.
- 30minute 7v7 game (2, 14min halves w 2min halftime)
The Last Two Weeks
- 45min 7v7 games (2, 20min w/ a 5min halftime). Teams have 10min to warm up prior to their game.

- Each registered team must have a minimum of 12 players including a goalie and cannot exceed 16 players.
- Players register themselves!
- $145 per player for the season
- Players receive custom 978 gear!
- MVP and MOST IMPROVED Awarded Each Week
- CHAMPION T-Shirts for the winners!

- Players choose their team and register under their team
- If a player does not see their team, complete the Contact Form to see if we can add your team. If not, register for the 978 House Team, which is where free agents will play!
- ALL players must be registered by the time registration closes - NO EXCEPTIONS
- THERE ARE NO WALK UPS or GUEST PLAYERS
- NO REFUNDS. A prorated refund is only offered if a facility closes
